🔻Carlos Queiroz, the 73-year-old Portuguese coach, resigned from coaching Ghana’s national football team again, just three months after his first departure.

🔹Queiroz, who had resigned from his position after the World Cup in Tir (July), took charge of Ghana again in early Shahrivar (September); however, a 2–0 loss to Côte d’Ivoire and a painful 4–2 defeat against Gambia put an end to his stint.

🔹The Ghana Football Association announced that this separation took place with the agreement of both sides. In a statement, Queiroz said: “Despite the efforts, the necessary conditions were not fully met, and recent results led to ending this cooperation being the best decision for the future of Ghana’s football.”

🔹The former coach of Iran’s national football team, during his two short periods on the Ghana bench, recorded 1 win, 2 draws, and 4 losses. Ghana was the ninth national team in Queiroz’s coaching career.
