North Korea warns US-South Korea nuclear submarine deal could fuel regional instability

North Korea’s Foreign Ministry has called the US-South Korea agreement to build the first nuclear-powered submarine a “dangerous development,” warning it could further destabilize the Asia-Pacific region.
