Videos received by Iran International show the birthday ceremony of Jaavidnameh Raouf DarkhshaniMehr, along with eulogizing and reciting the names of other Jaavidnamehs of the National Revolution, held at his grave in Dezful.

Raouf DarkhshaniMehr, 19 years old and a law student at Islamic Azad University, was killed in Dezful on 10 January 2026 (19 Dey 1404) by being shot with a military bullet. After finding his body at the Forensic Medicine, his family, under pressure, were forced to bury him overnight in the Shahidabad cemetery in Dezful.
