〰❌〰 President Trump, by posting a message on the social media platform Truth Social, reported on his “very good” phone call with Andy Burnham, the new Prime Minister of Britain, and said that the two sides discussed “de-mining of the Strait of Hormuz.”

The U.S. president, referring to the call, wrote: “We discussed many topics including North Sea oil, trade, military alliance, de-mining of the Strait of Hormuz, and many other issues.”

Emphasizing the strong ties between the two countries, Trump added: “The prime minister has a great job ahead of him, but he will handle it, and of course America will be there to help.” Trump also said that the two sides will meet in the near future to talk with each other about matters of mutual interest.
