🔻Lebanon’s official news agency: One person was killed in an Israeli drone attack in Nabatieh

Lebanon’s official news agency has announced that in the Israeli drone attack in the city of Nabatieh, one person was killed and another was injured. The agency also reported that other Israeli attacks occurred in this area.

The Israeli army said that the Hezbollah group, supported by Iran, during the night hours “launched two drones carrying explosive material” toward Israeli forces in the AlI Tayera heights in southern Lebanon. The Israeli army said the attack caused no casualties.

In response, Israel said it targeted Hezbollah’s infrastructure in the Nabatieh area.

In recent weeks, Israel has increased its attacks on southern Lebanon, especially the Nabatieh area.

Israel had previously said that Hezbollah forces there had been stationed in “underground terrorist infrastructure.”

Over the past few weeks, Hezbollah has not claimed responsibility for any attack against Israeli targets.
