The UK Maritime Trade Organization said it received a report delayed regarding an incident involving an LPG tanker that was leaving the Strait of Hormuz.

The organization added that the LPG-carrying tanker collided with debris from unidentified projectiles.

According to the report, all crew members are safe and no environmental pollution has been reported; the tanker is heading to the next port.
