Trump told reporters about the Islamic Republic: “They are very eager to reach an agreement, but they are still not ready to reach a proper agreement.”

He said he does not think Tehran is ready to accept a “proper agreement,” adding that Washington is “monitoring what happens.”

In response to reporters’ questions about whether the United States’ military options regarding Tehran have been limited, Trump said: “It only means that we are seeing what happens.”

Emphasizing that the United States has full control over the region related to the Strait of Hormuz; meaning all of it, he said: “This includes land areas far beyond that as well.”
