Three people were killed in a midair collision between two helicopters in the US state of Oregon, the Yamhill County Sheriff’s Office said in a statement.

The incident occurred on October 29, with the Robinson R22 carrying a flight instructor from Texas and his student from the United Kingdom, while the Airbus helicopter was carrying a 38-year-old local resident.
