The “Secondary Base” or Pied-à-Terre tax in New York City creates massive costs for the city and the state of New York, because the revenue that will ultimately be generated is far too small compared to the taxes paid by the tens of thousands of people who are leaving the city and will never return. Florida, Texas, and many other states are gaining enormous wealth! This dangerous political “experiment” in New York will destroy what once was a great city and state. This is completely amateurish, and for me, as President of the United States of America, it is hard to sit and watch such a thing happen, especially in a place where I once loved it. Financial bankruptcy, followed by social collapse, is 100 percent certain—and then, radical left “jihadists” in addition to all of this, also impose the cost of the density pricing plan. This approach does not work in America and must be stopped right now! I am looking into whether the federal government has, legally, any right to prevent this disaster; before it is too late for the millions of people who love New York and want to see it thrive, as it is turned into a dirty place, full of crime and criminality, worn down and a subject of ridicule and humiliation.
