Based on a new Reuters/Ipsos poll conducted only among registered voters, for the first time in a decade, Democrats have overtaken Republicans on economic policies.
The same poll also shows that Donald Trump’s popularity has fallen to 35 percent; a figure that was 37 percent last month. It also indicates that if congressional elections were held today, Democrats would win by a margin of 5 points (Democrats: 42%, Republicans: 37%).
