The role of media and the trial process in cases of sexual harassment in Iran

🔸In a situation where openly talking about sexual harassment and rape in Iran is not easy, the podcast Eight, produced by the magazine Women Today, which is published inside Iran, has in its latest issue addressed the role of media in cases of sexual harassment and the trial process in such cases within Iran’s judicial system. Fereshteh Ghazi examines the key axes raised in this roundtable; a roundtable that, for the first time, has brought the issue of sexual harassment cases in different legal and media layers and society’s confrontation with it into open discussion and review.
