Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian, in a televised interview, announced that “at the moment it is very hard to communicate with Mojtaba Khamenei.” He also said that 12 of the 13 members of the Supreme National Security Council voted in favor of a memorandum of understanding with the United States.
