The opening ceremony of the International Space Games (ISG), an initiative designed to train specialists for key sectors of the rocket and space industry, has taken place in Moscow, a TASS correspondent reports.
The event brings together approximately 250 participants from 10 countries.
The International Space Games are large-scale engineering and educational competitions built around a simulated space mission. Young engineers participating will be tasked with sustaining a hypothetical outpost on a planet within the Solar System. They must manage its energy, food, and oxygen supplies while simultaneously carrying out a scientific research mission.
