The Kayhan newspaper, which is published under the supervision of the representative of the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Republic of Iran, wrote in a note: “Today, the damaged equipment of industries, the shortage of foreign currency, the shortage of medicine, and some agricultural materials including inputs must, in addition to the United States, be compensated by the Persian Gulf Arab countries. The United States and the Arab countries must choose one of two options: either the destruction of their own interests and economic infrastructure, or paying reparations and making up for what is lacking and insufficient in Iran.”

The newspaper added: “The enemy, including the instigators of Trump for an attack on Iran, must compensate for the economic damage resulting from the enemy’s action; otherwise, as the Leader emphasized, with military force we will take the right of the Iranian people.”

Kayhan added: “According to international laws, any country that places its territory at the disposal of another country or an armed group so that it can carry out a military invasion against another third country (Iran) has participated in this invasion. Therefore; the Persian Gulf rim countries are directly responsible for the damages inflicted on Iran and, in accordance with the order of the Supreme Leader, war reparations must be obtained from these countries.”
