The Israeli army, in a statement, announced that the commander of the area of the central camps in the terror organization “Kataib al-Mujahideen” was killed in an “accurate” Israeli airstrike on the Gaza Strip on Tuesday of this week.
The statement named the killed individual as Ahmad Hussein Muhammad Kafina, who had a role in the kidnapping of two Israeli citizens and one Thai citizen in the attack on October 7 by the Hamas terror group on Israel. The two kidnapped Israeli citizens were released, but the body of the Thai citizen who had been transferred to Gaza after being killed by Hamas forces was handed over to Israel in Azar of last year.
The statement adds that during the massacre on 15 Azar 1402, Muhammad Kafina led and carried out this organization’s terrorist attack on the soil of Israel, and during the war and in recent times as well, he has been advancing terrorist plans against the forces of the Israeli army and citizens of the country of Israel.
