The Guardian: Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk said Poland prevented an alleged Russian plot to assassinate an American-Ukrainian citizen in Warsaw before the plot could be carried out. Tusk described the action as the first known case in which “someone, on Russia’s orders,” had intended to attack an American citizen on the territory of another NATO member state.
