The 26th China International Industry Fair (CIIF), the largest in Asia, has opened in Shanghai. About 3,000 technology companies from China and other countries are participating in the event running from October 12 to 16.

The main focus at CIIF is on modern smart manufacturing. Separate pavilions are dedicated to metalworking machine tools, alternative energy, transport, information and communication technologies, innovative materials, and semiconductors.

The exhibition features industrial and humanoid robots, AI-based automated logistics systems, machine vision technologies, and other innovative solutions used in industry.
