Farzin Nademi, a researcher on defense and security affairs, said that the information published about the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps’ plan in Britain is still limited, but the initial statements of the UK prime minister and the sanctions imposed on two individuals linked to this case show that London has been facing a serious and complex threat.

He added that if the purpose of the plan was to disrupt the military activities of the United States and its allies from British soil, then London and other European countries will be forced to increase the level of protection for bases and anti-terrorist measures. According to Nademi, the role of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps in such operations could intensify Europe’s security warnings against the Islamic Republic.
