Russian forces delivered a strike on the Ukrspetssvyaz enterprise in the Kharkov Region engaged in the production of communications systems for the Ukrainian army, the Defense Ministry reported.

“The strike hit an electronic industry enterprise (the Scientific and Production Enterprise Ukrspetssvyaz LLC) in the settlement of Nadtochiyi in the Kharkov Region engaged in the production of automated and communications systems for the needs of the Ukrainian army,” the ministry said in a statement.

“In addition, a dry cargo ship delivering cargo for the needs of the Ukrainian army to the Odessa port was struck at sea,” the ministry said.
