Rouhollah Rezaeepour, a political analyst, said to Iran International, with reference to contradictory reports about the finalization of a U.S.-Islamic Republic deal, that due to ambiguity in its details, it is still not possible to provide a clear outlook on the impact of this agreement on the war between the Islamic Republic and the United States.

According to him, one of the important issues is whether the Islamic Republic will continue to have the power to issue authorizations for the transit and movement of ships or not.
