Representatives of the new Syrian government and Hezbollah held talks in a secret meeting in Turkey in order to reduce security tensions between the two sides. According to Reuters, this is their first officially recognized direct meeting since the fall of Bashar al-Assad, and Turkey played a role in organizing it.
