Reports of new Storm Shadow missile deliveries to Ukraine demonstrate Britain’s commitment to escalating the conflict, Russian Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said at a news briefing.

“What is happening with the Storm Shadow missiles clearly demonstrates that the United Kingdom is committed to deepening the crisis and escalating the war ‘to the last Ukrainian,’ with the aim of inflicting, as they put it, ‘maximum damage’ on our country. As for resolving the conflict and achieving a just and lasting peace - a subject London continues to raise almost out of habit - the British authorities are, in fact, giving it no serious consideration whatsoever,” Zakharova said.
