🔺Qatar’s prime minister: Gulf countries must act together against the Islamic Republic

▪The prime minister and foreign minister of Qatar said that the Gulf states should cooperate with one another to restore stability to the region and help reach an agreement between the United States and the Islamic Republic.

▪Mohamed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani said Sunday, at the Qatar Economic Forum in New York: “We hope this war will be a wake-up call for everyone. As a region, we must act responsibly and together.”

▪His remarks come ahead of the week of the United Nations General Assembly. During this week, the Gulf leaders plan to meet the President of the United States, the Houthis have targeted Riyadh for the first time, and Qatar continues to shoulder the losses from attacks by the Islamic Republic on its gas facilities.
