Peyann Dabby’s mother, one of those killed in Dey 1404, released a video in response to claims made by Pezeshkian at the United Nations, and in part of it said: “Do you have any understanding of what happened on 18 and 19 Dey, such that we would need evidence from you?”

Peyann Dabby, 16, a student, was killed on the evening of 19 Dey when a government officer shot her in the back near Baharestan.
