Norway has committed to allocating $9.2 billion in 2027 to support Ukraine, which is consistent with the level of aid in 2026.

This budget will be focused primarily on military assistance, including direct purchases from Ukraine’s domestic defense industry.

Since 2022, Norway has become one of the strongest European supporters of Ukraine.
