New details about the bill “Combating International Crimes,” which has been approved by parliament, have been announced. The bill, in addition to defining crimes such as genocide, crimes against humanity, and war crimes, also provides for punishments including the confiscation of all assets of convicted legal entities. After being approved by parliament, the bill will be sent to the Guardian Council for final review.
