Mehdi Nakhal Ahmadī, journalist and political activist, told Iran International that the UN’s latest statement about the increase in crackdowns is not only about an increase in executions, but also warns about an organized process that includes arbitrary arrests, enforced disappearances, torture, forced confessions, and the issuance of harsh sentences.
