Ali Hossein Ghazi-Zadeh, a member of Iran International’s editorial board, said that continuing the war without a clear strategy has increased political pressure on Donald Trump and could affect the next U.S. election.

According to him, keeping the Strait of Hormuz open has become one of the White House’s most important challenges, and if Washington cannot manage this crisis, the Islamic Republic will not grant concessions in negotiations, and the political cost for Trump will be high.
