Zelensky's office initially contacted Netanyahu's office to arrange a meeting, but “the Israeli side never responded,” the newspaper said. The two exchanged a few brief remarks during the funeral ceremony for Senator Lindsey Graham (on Russia's list of terrorists and extremists), according to the report.
