Iraqi media reported that the headquarters of Kurdish parties opposed to the Islamic Republic in the Erbil province of the Kurdistan Region of Iraq were targeted by a drone attack.

According to Iraq’s Al-Aahd Network, the sound of several explosions was heard at the location where these parties are based. The report adds that the nature of the explosions is not yet clear.

The Kurdistan Regional government and the Iraqi government have not commented on the report. The attacker has not been announced, and no report of casualties or damage has been published.

Drone attacks on the headquarters of Kurdish parties opposed to the Islamic Republic in the Kurdistan Region have been repeated in recent months.
