🔻 Iraqchi arrived in New York

The state news agency IRNA has reported the arrival of Abbas Iraqchi, Iran’s foreign minister, in the city of New York in order to take part in the United Nations General Assembly.

Iranian media have said that he traveled to New York “at the head of a diplomatic delegation.”

According to IRNA, Mr. Iraqchi is expected to, aside from attending meetings of the United Nations, hold talks and meetings “with a large number of officials and foreign ministers participating in the Dialogue and Consultation Summit.”
