In an interview with Reza Talebi, we discussed the seventh round of Lebanon-Israel negotiations and the outlook for disarming Hezbollah. Talebi believes the most important achievement of these negotiations has been that the issue of disarming Hezbollah has moved beyond the level of a general political demand and has now entered a phase of gradual and geographically defined implementation.
