Hossein Aghayi, an Iran International editorial board member, referring to the possibility of clashes, said that Washington’s goals could range from nuclear and missile facilities to air defense systems and the command centers of the Islamic Republic.

He stressed that the outcome of the war would depend to a large extent on whether Donald Trump, amid the conflict, finds a way for the Islamic Republic to get out of the conflict or moves toward changing the government.
