The basis for Iran’s diplomatic settlement is the same proposal that we have presented on the sidelines of the United Nations General Assembly meeting.

It is not the case that Iran will be without options and, if nuclear weapons are used against a country, will simply watch and limit itself to pursuing legal action at the international level.
