Following a cyberattack on the “Intermarché” retail chain system in France, the temperature of refrigeration equipment reached 80 degrees Celsius and its fresh and frozen products were ruined. With an apology to customers, the manager of one of the Intermarché stores announced that all of these products must be thrown away.
