Ferej Fayzi, a philanthropist from Aghjehshir, with the signing of an official contract, endowed all of his assets worth approximately 140 billion tomans in memory of his late mother, to be dedicated to education and training in Aghjehshir, so that the income and benefits from these properties would be used for the development of education and training in Khezarlu village, his mother’s birthplace.

The contract was signed in the presence of Ferej Fayzi, officials of the education and training department of Aghjehshir County, members of the council of deputies, and a number of local elders and witnesses.

This endowment includes a shop, an apartment unit, a residential land parcel, agricultural land in Khezarlu village, and several other movable and immovable assets, whose approximate total value has been estimated at around 140 billion tomans.

According to the deed of endowment, the income and benefits derived from these assets, after their transfer to education and training, will be spent on developing infrastructure and supporting educational activities in Khezarlu village.
