🔺Eight dismissed workers of the Mahshahr petrochemical remain in limbo despite a reinstatement order

▪Eight dismissed workers of the Mahshahr petrochemical company’s terminals and storage facilities remain unable to return to their workplace despite receiving an order for reinstatement to their jobs; at the same time, reports indicate an increase in layoffs of workers in the special economic zone of Mahshahr.

▪One of these workers told ILNA that eight dismissed workers were supposed to return to work two weeks ago, based on an order from the Ministry of Labor, but the order has not been carried out to date.

▪According to the workers, after they were dismissed they filed a complaint and obtained a reinstatement order, but the employer has refused to implement it and is still preventing them from entering the workplace.
