Bloomberg: Apple is in the process of reducing App Store fees in Europe under new terms designed to resolve a long-running dispute with EU regulatory bodies.

As of October 1, applications distributed outside the App Store will face a 5% commission for digital transactions, while applications that use alternative payment methods within the App Store will generally face a 20% fee, which is reduced to 10% for eligible small developers.

These changes replace the previous structure of Apple’s fees, including the discussed Core Technology Fee, as the company moves to comply with the EU Digital Markets Act.
