👈 Attack with a cold weapon on a cleric in Rasht; the assailant is on the run

Brigadier General Eisa Roşanqalb, commander of Rasht Police, announced that a cleric in one of the neighborhoods of the city was injured by an unidentified individual using a cold weapon.

According to him, police have obtained important leads about the suspect during the investigations, and specialized teams, in coordination with the judiciary authority, are working to arrest the fugitive assailant.

The medical center said the injured person’s condition is favorable. Police said the cause and motive of this attack will be announced after the arrest of the suspect and completion of the investigations.
