🔻According to the latest ship-tracking data by Kpler, which Reuters has reported, on Wednesday only six ships transited the Strait of Hormuz.

This report was published while on Tuesday 11 ships had transited the Strait of Hormuz, and the figures for Wednesday indicate a decrease in the number of ships transiting.

Based on this data, the aforementioned ships included two very large gas carriers, two oil tankers with high operational range, one very large crude carrier (VLCC) and one Panamax tanker.

This figure was much lower than the 10-day average of about 13 ships per day.

It should be noted, however, that the number of ships transiting this waterway may change, because some ships usually turn off their senders or transponders during the journey.
