🔻According to Tasnim News Agency, Branch 45 of the Administrative Court ruled to annul the election of the Taekwondo Federation; an election that was held on May 11, this year, in which Hadi Saei, by obtaining 39 votes out of a total of 53, won and took charge of the federation’s four-year presidency.
🔹This ruling was issued following a complaint filed by two individuals, who were candidates for the federation’s presidency, against the Ministry of Sports and Youth. The complainants cited certain issues in the election process as well as Saei’s manner of participation in the assembly, and ultimately, after the court’s review, a decision was made to annul this election.
🔹This ruling is not final, and the parties to the case have 20 days to register their objections for appeal.
