According to a report received by “IranWire,” 39-year-old Baha’i citizen Ma‘een Mohammadidehaj, who lives in Yazd, was sentenced by the Revolutionary Court of this city to 16 years and 7 months and 18 days of ta‘zīr imprisonment, along with additional punishments.

Among the charges against Ma‘een Mohammadidehaj is “taking action to encourage and invite individuals to engage in violent acts, with instruction on doing so, through staged Iranian and propaganda videos,” cited in the “riots in previous periods.” This, however, is while this Baha’i citizen, during the protests of 2018 and 2021, was both times in prison and in the process of serving his prior prison sentences.
