According to a report received by Iran International, intelligence forces, continuing their security pressures on citizens, raided the workplace of a young man on a dhow at the port of Abadan and arrested him for allegedly keeping a Starlink device.

Informed sources said this citizen, after 10 days of work, intended to return home to visit his family, but intelligence forces arrested him and transferred him to an undisclosed location.

As of the morning of the day of his arrest on September 30 (30 Shahrivar) to date, the family of the detainee has no information about where he is being held or his condition, and none of the officials are answering their questions.

According to these reports, anyone who goes to follow up on the status of this young man faces threats, and the agents either throw him out or threaten to arrest and imprison him.

After the 12-day war, the Islamic Republic has intensified its crackdown on holders of satellite internet equipment, including Starlink.
