Abbas Araqchi, Iran’s Foreign Minister, said that the selection of Mohammad Bagher Qalibaf to be on the negotiation team with the United States was proposed by Masoud Pezeshkian, the president, and that Pezeshkian insisted on including Qalibaf’s name as the head of the negotiations.
