A humanitarian mission of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) has come under an attack by Ukrainian troops near Donetsk, Russian Human Rights Ombudswoman Yana Lantratova said.

“Kiev has attacked a humanitarian mission of the International Committee of the Red Cross near Donetsk. The mission’s truck parked near a warehouse was attacked by Ukrainian drones. The facilities were marked with the organization’s insignia, so this could not have been an accident,” she said.
