Mohsen Rezaei, secretary of the Supreme National Security Council of the Islamic Republic, wrote on the social network X: “Don’t let conflicting signals from the U.S. president distract you; from ‘we do not negotiate’ to ‘we are ready for dialogue.’”

He added: “The equations related to oil and the straits have changed. Struggling to control the consequences will not stop what is ahead.”

Rezaei added: “As long as Iran’s conditions are not realized, there will be no negotiation.”
