Austrian media have reported that the visa of Mohammad Islami, head of the Atomic Energy Organization, was rejected due to the UN Security Council chair’s opposition. The request by Austria to grant him an exemption from the travel ban also did not reach a result, due to the lack of consensus in the Security Council.
