Mehdi Fazli, a member of the office for preserving and publishing the works of the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Republic, said that the armed forces are prepared for all scenarios, including a “war of attrition” or “lightning operation” by the enemy, and that Mojtaba Khamenei has also issued instructions for all of these scenarios.

In an interview with the Iranian news agency IRNA, he added that in the recent war, the armed forces used only part of their capabilities, and that the military power of the Islamic Republic has been “upgraded and increased significantly” from 9 Esfand to date.

Fazli said: “The enemy must know that if it commits any further folly, conditions for itself will become much more difficult.”

He also said that in recent weeks tests have been carried out in which missiles of the Islamic Republic detonated near U.S. aircraft carriers, and he called the move an “evident warning to the United States.”
