The Wall Street Journal reported that satellite images show the Islamic Republic is moving to rebuild damaged missile bases, ports, and production facilities from U.S. and Israeli attacks faster than expected. In Kangavar, Dezful, and Kermanshah, operations to reopen entrances to missile tunnels and repair roads have begun, and signs of reconstruction of the Anzali port facilities and production centers for missile parts have also been seen. Israeli military officials said that some underground facilities were not destroyed and that some of the weapons remained intact. The pace of reconstruction has raised concerns among a number of Israeli officials about the effectiveness of the attacks. In contrast, the White House called the operation a “decisive victory” and says Iran’s missile and production capacity has been severely damaged. The newspaper also wrote that Israeli intelligence agencies believe the Islamic Republic may have moved thousands of centrifuges to the Khálál-? tunnels of Kolaq Kela mountain.
