Donald Trump, the U.S. president, said Friday night in an election speech in the state of New York that the United States controls the Strait of Hormuz and that after the fighting ends, oil prices will fall unprecedentedly.

He said oil and the inflation rate are heading downward and that the United States removes a lot of oil from the Strait of Hormuz.
